Utilizing soroban style abacus for math calculations, we are able to turn math into easier to comprehend graphic symbols. Older students are able to look at math from a different perspective, with ease of calculation; our experience has shown that students will be more optimistic in taking on math challenges, enabling better grades in math. Younger students can take on math learning starting at age 3, allowing them to be more familiar to math and numbers; these students are less “afraid” of math, and able to achieve success in math. Our students’ ability to perform well in math translates to better self confidence and allowing our students to take on other challenges in school and in life.
